We have come a long way from the close minded ideal that HIV/AIDS was a death sentence.  Because of long term treatments this pandemic is now considered a manageable disease.  So many faces have come and gone and those memories will last a lifetime.  Please stand up and pay your respect to those affected by this illness both past and present.  These include:  The individual, The family and Friends, The Community and The World!!!  This disease has touched so many lives and with proper understanding and continued pharmaceutical discoveries we can silence this illness once and for all!

HIV/AIDS continues to spread world wide.  With proper knowledge of the illness and prevention techniques we can slow down the spread of HIV and AIDS.

Those living with this disease need the continued support for organizations such as GMHC, Broward House, COMPASS, CAP and a host of others.  A silent voice is a empty void.  Speak up!  Stand up!  Make a difference!  Support these organizations.  They continue to help those living with this illness and provide awareness to our communities.
